每年农历七月初七是中国传统节日“七夕节”。
Meinian nongli qiyuechuqi shi zhongguo chuantong jieri ”qixijie”.
Every year, the seventh day of the seventh month in lunar calendar is the tranditional chinese festival called ”qixi festival”.
因为当天活动的主要参加者是少女，而节日的活动内容又以“乞巧”（穿针引线、做小物品）为主，所以，人们又称这天为“乞巧节”。
Yinwei dangtian huodong de zhuyao canjiazhe shi shaonv, er jieri de huodong neirong you yi “qiqiao”(chuanzhen yinxian, zuo xiao wupin)wei zhu, suoyi, renmen you chen zhe tian wei “qi qiao jie”.
As the participants in the activities that day are mainly young girls and the aim of the activities (such as doing needlework, making small handicrafts) is to “pray for skills”, the day is called “pleading-for-skills festival”.
“七夕节”来源于中国古代牛郎织女的爱情故事，是中国传统节日中最具浪漫色彩的节日，也被认为是“中国情人节”。
“qixi jie”laiyuan yu zhongguo gudai niulang zhinv de aiqing gushi, shi zhongguo chuantong jieri zhong zui ju langman secai de jieri, ye bei renwei shi “zhongguo qingrenjie”.
Rooted in the love story of the cowherd and the weaver girl, the qixi festival is most romantic traditional festival in China, acknowledged as the “chinese valentine’s day”.
